What it costs
Fixed price per increment, quoted before it starts. If an increment runs over, that is our problem — you have already agreed what it costs.

Build less, and build it properly
We will argue for cutting scope more often than for adding it. Half a feature shipped well beats two shipped badly, and the second one is usually the one nobody asked for.
Leave the work legible
Someone inherits everything eventually. Code, design files and ad accounts are written for that person, which is why we document as we go rather than at the end.
Never let the ornament carry the load
This site has a garden in it, and none of the garden is holding the content up. Turn the WebGL off and every word is still there.
